So that the review can be traced, the portal records the following while you work:

• Sign-in and sign-out with time and IP address, including failed sign-in attempts.
• Working time: signed-in time and active time (page visible and video playing, or input within the last 60 seconds).
• Time clock: start of work, breaks and end of work with time and IP address; the stamped time is compared with the measured active time. A forgotten end of work is stamped automatically at your last activity; only the administration makes corrections, always with a reason.
• Viewing time: which parts of a video you actually played.
• Playback speed and player actions (play, pause, seek, change speed).
• Coverage per scene: what percentage of a motion scene you had watched when you rated it.
• Plausibility warnings, e.g. a scene rated with less than 50 % watched, a video completed with under 80 % coverage, or speed permanently above 2×.
• Your ratings, findings, stills and texts with their time.
• Watermark: your username and the current time are shown visibly on the video image.

Only the portal administration can see this information.
